Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Aspazy ("we", "us", "our") operates the aspazy.com website and the Aspazy application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via Google Sign-In.
Workspace Data
We access GitHub repository data (such as code changes and pull requests) that you explicitly connect to Aspazy. We only read the repositories you authorize. This data is used solely to generate and update help center articles on your behalf.
Integration Credentials
If you connect third-party services (e.g., Intercom), we store OAuth tokens securely in Google Cloud Secret Manager. We never store your third-party passwords.
Usage Data
We collect analytics data about how you use the application (pages visited, features used, sync run activity) via PostHog. This data is anonymized and used to improve the product.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Aspazy service
- To generate and sync help center articles from your connected data
- To communicate with you about your account and service updates
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure in the EU region. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Sensitive credentials are stored in GCP Secret Manager.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Service providers: Cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud), analytics (PostHog), and AI model providers — only as needed to operate the service.
- Third-party integrations: When you connect Intercom or other services, we transmit article content to those platforms at your direction.
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can disconnect integrations and delete your account at any time from your workspace settings. To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand product usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
